You need to successfully:
- Develop and implement our sustainability strategy, with a focus on ESG aspects, in alignment with our vision, mission, and values;
- Engage with senior leaders, business units, and external stakeholders to communicate our sustainability vision, goals, and initiatives, and to foster collaboration and support;
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and innovation;
- Analyze and benchmark the company’s ESG performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management and relevant committees;
- Monitor and report on our sustainability performance and impact, using relevant metrics and frameworks, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations;
- Support and advise the business units on ESG-related matters, such as sustainability innovation, carbon reduction, social impact, governance and ethics, etc;
- Identify and manage ESG-related projects and initiatives and monitor and evaluate their outcomes and impacts;
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote and enhance the company’s ESG performance and reputation;
- Keep abreast of the latest ESG trends, best practices, regulations, and stakeholder expectations, and provide guidance and training to the company’s employees and partners.
